Paddy Dear co-founded Polygon in 2002 and TFM, the investment manager of TFG, in 2005. He is a Principal of TFM, a member of the TFG Board of Directors, the Co-Head of TFG Asset Management, a member of TFM’s Investment & Risk Committee, a member of TFM’s Executive Committee, a member of the Investment & Management Committee of TCIP and Tetragon Credit Income II L.P. Mr. Dear was previously a Managing Director and the Global Head of Hedge Fund Coverage for UBS Warburg Equities. Prior to this, he was co-head of European sales trading, execution, arbitrage sales and flow derivatives. He had been with UBS since 1988, including six years in New York. Mr. Dear was in equity sales at Prudential Bache before joining UBS and started his career as a petroleum engineer with Marathon Oil Co. Mr. Dear holds a BSc degree in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College in London. Mr. Dear is based in London.

Stephen Prince

Stephen Prince joined in 2015 and is the Head of North America for TFM, the investment manager of TFG, the Co-Head of TFG Asset Management, a member of TFM’s Investment and Risk Committee and TFM’s Executive Committee. He was previously the Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Chair of the Investment Committee of Silver Creek Capital Management, a $7 billion alternative investment firm. Prior to joining Silver Creek in 2007, Mr. Prince helped found and was on the investment team of two long/short equity hedge funds. Mr. Prince began his career at Tiger Management L.L.C. and remains as a trustee of the Tiger Foundation. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Princeton University. Mr. Prince is focused on managing the North American operations of TFG as well as helping to diversify and grow TFG Asset Management. Mr. Prince is based in New York.

Paul Gannon

Paul Gannon is Chief Financial Officer and a member of the TFM Executive Committee.  Mr. Gannon joined the group in 2004 and prior to that he was an interest rate derivatives Analyst in the Capital Markets Division of J.P. Morgan in London. Before JP Morgan, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the Asset Management Division at PWC. Mr. Gannon has an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.  Mr. Gannon is based in London.

Sean Côté

General Counsel

Sean Côté is General Counsel and a member of the TFM Executive Committee. Mr. Côté joined the group in 2004 and prior to that he was a Senior Corporate Associate in the New York office of Covington & Burling, an international law firm he joined in 1999, where he advised clients on a broad range of corporate matters. He started his legal career in 1995 with Hale and Dorr in Boston, where he focused on securities and M&A transactions. Mr. Côté has a law degree from Harvard Law School, a Master’s degree in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College. He is admitted to the New York, Massachusetts and Florida bars. His responsibilities include all legal and regulatory matters. Mr. Côté is based in London.

Greg Wadsworth

Head of Business Development and Investor Relations

Greg Wadsworth is the Head of Business Development and Investor Relations and is a member of the TFM Executive Committee. Mr. Wadsworth joined the group in 2006 and prior to that, he worked at Yahoo for four years, most recently responsible for financial planning and analysis for its international operations. Before Yahoo, Mr. Wadsworth worked at several technologies companies in the San Francisco bay area, raising funds including public and private offerings, acquiring and selling businesses, and managing the companies' operations. Prior to moving to San Francisco, he was an Associate in Chase Manhattan Bank's Latin America corporate finance organisation in New York City. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and left as a Captain. Mr. Wadsworth has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Holy Cross College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Mr. Wadsworth is based in London.

Manuel Guerrero

Head of Operations

Manuel Guerrero is the Head of Operations. He joined the group in 2003 and prior to that he was an Executive Director in the equities division of Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for managing the securities lending middle office and operations functions in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Previously, he was with AXA Investment Managers, London Global Securities and Salomon Brothers International Ltd. He began his career in 1985 with Banco Exterior UK. He is responsible for the operations function. Mr. Guerrero is based in London.

Stacy Scheehle

Chief Compliance Officer

Stacy Scheehle is the Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Scheehle joined in 2014 and prior to that she was the Chief Compliance Officer and also Counsel at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., which she joined as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel in 2010. Ms. Scheehle was previously at Ernst & Young and also worked at Barclays Wealth and Lehman Brothers, Inc. in regulatory, legal and compliance roles. Between 2001 and 2004, Ms. Scheehle was a Staff Attorney at the US Securities & Exchange Commission and prior thereto she was also an Associate Examiner at the NASD. Ms. Scheehle is based in New York.

Neil Roberts

Chief Technology Officer

Neil Roberts is the Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Roberts joined the group in 2003 and prior to that he was the IT manager for Soros Fund Limited, where he was responsible for all IT and telecommunications for the hedge fund, private equity and real estate businesses based in London and Tokyo. Before Soros, he worked at Inchcape PLC for twelve years and started his career at Case Communications Ltd. Mr. Roberts has a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in computer science from Royal Holloway College, University of London. He is responsible for technology and telecommunications globally for the firm. Mr. Roberts is based in London.

Aseem Garg

Senior Risk Manager

Aseem Garg is the Senior Risk Manager.  Mr. Garg joined Tetragon in 2015.  His responsibilities include risk management and oversight of the firm’s hedge fund products.  Prior to joining Tetragon, Mr. Garg worked for Willett Advisors, the family office of Michael Bloomberg, as an Associate Director supporting the CIO & Chairman, focusing on portfolio strategy, forecasting and risk management.  Previously, Mr. Garg worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Silver Creek Capital Management, a $6 billion investment manager, where he focused on hedge fund diligence, portfolio construction and risk management.  Before Silver Creek, Mr. Garg spent four years at Bridgewater Associates in the Research and Trading departments, where he built portfolio construction, trading and research software.  Mr. Garg graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Policy and Management. Mr. Garg is a CFA charterholder and is based in New York.

Ben Miller

Head of Securities Finance

Ben Miller is the Head of Securities Finance. Mr. Miller joined the group in 2003 and prior to that he was at ING Financial Markets where he was trading OTC equity swaps within the global securities finance group. He was previously with UBS Warburg for four years, primarily working in hedge fund sales/equity finance sales trading and equity swaps operations. He started his career at RGL International Forensic Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honours in history from Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, University of London. He is responsible for stock loan trading and financing. Mr. Miller is based in London.

Quentin Nason

Head of Capital Markets

Quentin Nason is the Head of Capital Markets. He joined in 2015 and prior to that was a Partner of Arle Capital Partners since early 2012 with responsibilities for the Investor Relations team as well as a member of the Investment and Operating Committees. Arle is a spin-out of Candover plc, one of Europe’s oldest private equity managers, and has been a manager of over ten private equity and co-investment funds. Prior to that, Mr. Nason was an investment banker for almost twenty years at Deutsche Bank and UBS. Mr. Nason has worked in all major global financial markets having advised clients in accessing both debt and equity capital markets in Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, and Asia. Most recently at Deutsche Bank, he was Head of the alternative asset manager fund-raising team within equity capital markets. Mr. Nason holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in International Relations from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Nason is based in London.

Jason De Biasio

Head of Systems Development

Jason De Biasio is the Head of Systems Development. He joined the group in 2007 and prior to that he spent four years at Amaranth Group LLC in the software engineering group where he was the team leader for trading development. Before that, he worked at Prescient Markets, a service provider offering a treasury system and an online money market exchange, as a senior software developer. Mr. De Biasio has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He is responsible for all systems development for the firm. Mr. De Biasio is based in New York.

Maureen Wainwright

Head of Research Support

Maureen Wainwright is the Head of Research Support. Ms. Wainwright joined the group in 2003 and prior to that she was a librarian in the department of experimental psychology at Cambridge University. Previously, she worked as a knowledge manager and information specialist at Nortel Networks. Ms. Wainwright has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Patrick’s College, National University of Ireland, Maynooth, and a Higher Diploma in library and information studies from University College Dublin. She is responsible for research and knowledge management globally for the firm. Ms. Wainwright is based in London.

Alison Upperton

Senior Office Manager

Alison Upperton is the Senior Office Manager. Ms. Upperton joined in 2015 and prior to that she was Office Manager at one of the UK’s leading technology start-ups. Ms. Upperton has worked predominantly in investment banking including Deutsche Bank for over 10 years, Credit Suisse and Salomon Brothers. She is responsible for facilities management and planning, as well as general office administration. Ms. Upperton is based in London.
