Shaulie Halberstam

Shaulie Halberstam is the Head of Application Development. Shaulie joined in 2021, and prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Highbridge Capital Management, and a Managing Director: Chief Information Officer / Head of Development for Perry Capital, where he worked for nine years. Shaulie has a degree in Talmudic law from Yeshivas Chaim Berlin Gur Aryeh Institute and studied computer science at Touro University. He is based in New York.
