Frances Orabona is the Head of Global Business Development. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Frances was a Managing Director and Global Head of Relationship Management for PGIM Quantitative Solutions. Previously, she worked as a Managing Director at Och-Ziff Capital Management (subsequently renamed Sculptor Capital), where she was responsible for U.S. business development and investor relations. Before Och-Ziff, Frances spent two years at Silver Creek Capital as a Director of Investor Relations, and prior to Silver Creek, eight years at Goldman Sachs. Frances started her career in the Business Assurance practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She received a B.S. in accountancy from Villanova University and an M.B.A. in finance and entrepreneurial management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
