LCM Closes LCM XV CLO

NEW YORK, February 25, 2014 – LCM Asset Management announced that it closed on a $624 million collateralized loan obligation (CLO).  The most senior notes are rated AAA/AAA by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services and Moody’s Investor Service, respectively, and bear interest at three-month LIBOR plus 1.50%.

The CLO, called LCM XV Limited Partnership, includes:

  • A $378 million AAA rated Class A tranche with a coupon of 150 basis points over Libor;
  • A $63 million AA rated Class B tranche with a coupon of 210 basis points over Libor;
  • A $55.5 million A rated Class C tranche with a coupon of 310 basis points over Libor;
  • A $30 million BBB rated Class D tranche with a coupon of 335 basis points over Libor;
  • A $20 million BB rated Class E1 tranche with a coupon of 445 basis points over Libor;
  • A $10 million BB rated Class E2 tranche with a coupon of 500 basis points over Libor;
  • A $4 million AAA rated Class X tranche with a coupon of 100 basis points over Libor; and
  • A $63.5 million equity tranche.
