Ritika Mahal

Ritika Mahal is a Senior Analyst, Principal at Tetragon Life Sciences. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, she was a Principal at Sanofi Ventures leading investments in early-stage therapeutics companies. Prior that, Ritika was a Vice president at Bain Capital Life Sciences where she was involved in a range of investments, including early-stage inflection capital, growth equity and pharma carve outs. Ritika also held business development and strategy roles at Biogen, focusing on evaluation of external opportunities and internal portfolio prioritization and governance. She received a M.S. in Molecular Biology from the International Max Planck Research School at University of Göttingen, and an MBA from Boston University Healthcare Management Program.
