Weekly Run-Rate Performance

As of May 1, 2008, TFG shall no longer provide "weekly run-rate performance" data as previously posted on this webpage. TFG's ongoing investor reporting program shall otherwise remain unchanged and continue to be consistent with current market practice and compliant with applicable Dutch regulatory requirements.

Any investors who wish to make this calculation themselves may do so by simply taking the monthly percentage change in Net Asset Value in TFG's most recent published monthly report, and calculate an average daily and weekly change.

Whether TFG or an investor calculates "weekly run-rate performance", the calculation is not a projection of future performance; rather, it represents the historical average weekly performance for the previous published month, derived using that month's deal assumptions and market levels. We expect that actual performance may differ from the amount determined using that calculation and the actual performance may be significantly better or worse.

Investors should understand that this calculation does not take into account a number of important factors that are considered in connection with the determination of month-end performance. Among other things, it does not take into account (i) the current month's updates regarding deal collateral, cash flows, expenses, actual or expected defaults, recoveries and reinvestment spreads from the Trustees or managers of the underlying CLO vehicles, (ii) the current mark-to-market valuation of any hedge positions held by TFG and (iii) the current mark-to-market valuation of any foreign exchange positions.
